  Receptionists are very abrupt and Dr's like to rush through everything - no one seems to show any kind of interest in patients! I would not recommend this GP practice to anyone.

  I had two kids one not well waited over 1:30 min just to see someone eve now tho the doctors was empty. And this is not the first time this has happened or the second it's now the third time.

  I bought my 1 year old son in earlier this week as his viral infection had got worse and hed also developed a few spots which i assumed were chickenpox. So took him to get checked. Dr called us into her room and she left us sat there for a few minutes whilst she fiddled with her mobile phone, once she was finally finished i told her my concerns and showed her the spots (some of which were round my sons mouth and she told me all it was was dribble rash) checked his temp and she told me no temp and sent me on my way. Later in the day my son got even worse and was worried about his breathing/coughing so i took him to teddington walk in centre where i was seen quickly and before i even said anything to the dr she told me my son had hand foot and mouth and she said she could tell that by his mouth immediately, when i told her my normal dr had told me it was dribble rash she was shocked. If drs at this practice continue to misdiagnose my children i shall be changing where myself and my children go.
